Tournament Format
The Play-In Tournament will feature eight teams from each conference: the 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th seeds. The teams will be seeded based on their regular-season records. * The 7th and 8th seeds will face off in a single-elimination game. The winner of this game will advance to the playoffs as the 7th seed. * The 9th and 10th seeds will also face off in a single-elimination game. The winner of this game will advance to a second single-elimination game against the loser of the 7th-8th seed game. * The winner of the second single-elimination game will advance to the playoffs as the 8th seed.
